How we started
We started by helping friends and family who wanted to buy products that were not available in Asia. They asked us to outsource the items in the UK and EU and send them to Indonesia and Singapore.
People then started to trust us with the purchase of bigger items. Over time, we build business relations with partners in Indonesia and Singapore, who help us handle the logistics and custom clearance in those countries. Our experience and network give us access to wider clients and customers.
We liaise with suppliers and sellers in the UK and EU to procure the items wanted by our clients. Because we have been in the business for some time, we have an excellent relationship with many suppliers and sellers, who in many cases prioritise us to get even limited-edition items.
We handle the whole process, including shipment from the UK to the country where the customers reside. We mostly send the cargo by air, but for big items such as motorcycles, we send them by sea.
We handle all aspects of the logistics, so our customers can receive their orders at the comfort of their home, without any hassles.
