Customers only need to provide website links to the products they want to have. We charge an admin fee for our service, which is a percentage of the actual price of the items.
Shipment is charged by chargeable weight, which takes into account the weight and dimension of the product.
Our UK team handles all items before shipment, including packaging of the items. We work with an extensive network of packers, delivery companies and freight forwarders.
Big items such as motorcycles need to be properly packed in wooden crates, carefully loaded into the container, and transported to the port, so we work with reliable suppliers to make this happen.
